This gorgeous beach clubhouse sits directly at the point of Frying Pan Shoals. This unique and spectacular location presented numerous structural challenges, which Woods Engineering resolved working with BHI LTD’s planning and construction departments. Members enjoy the two story 10,000 square foot facility including a 5-star restaurant and the 20,000 square foot of porches, pools and decks. The structure consists of a pile foundation and load bearing masonry walls, steel, and wood framing.
