The four-story mixed use building with retail on the 1st floor and residential on the remaining 3 floors, is located in Historic downtown Wilmington, NC. Michael Kersting’s design intent was to blend the building into the historic neighborhood, yet provide modern upscale residential amenities. The structure is wood framed with a partial basement of reinforced concrete construction.
