Building Materials: Wood framed with a concrete slab on grade. The bearing and exterior walls are 2×6 framing, the floors are open web 2x trusses and the roof is pre-engineered wood roof trusses. Foundations are shallow with slab turned down spread and strip footings. Stair and elevator cores are masonry and part of the lateral load resisting system.
Size: A 4-story complex with 270,000 sf. of heated space. Includes 256 apartment units with a clubhouse and fitness area built into the complex.
