Building Material: All buildings are wood framed Type 5A construction with a concrete slab on grade. The bearing and exterior wall are 2x framing with 2x open web trusses at 24” o.c. for the floors and pre-engineered wood roof trusses at 24” o.c.
Size: 300 + units in (9) apartments buildings and a separate one-story, approximately 9,000sf. clubhouse/leasing structure. Buildings are a combination of 3 and 4 stories.
