Live Oak Bank Building #3
Building materials: The structure is steel framed with composite steel and concrete floors. The ground floor has a concrete slab on grade and the roof is steel bar joists and metal deck. Foundations were shallow spread and strip footings and the lateral system consisted of steel braced frames.
Size: Building #3 is a 4-Story office building with approximately 64,000 sf. of heated space. It includes offices, open workstation areas, meeting rooms, and a cafe.

Building Materials: Woods Engineering, PA designed the foundations, slab on grade, retaining walls, entrance canopies and the stair roofs for the parking deck. The fitness Center isĀ combination of steel frame and wood construction. the floors are composite steel beams and concrete deck. the roofs are exposed glulam king post trusses with wood framing and composite steel at the accessible roof decks. The slabs on grade were concrete cast on compacted earth.
Size: The FitPark Building is a 3-story Fitness Center with an accessible roof that is approximately 20,000 sf. of heated space and 5,200 sf of usable roof top area. The Fitness center is connected to a 4-story, 560 car parking deck which is pre-cast concrete designed by other.
