A new 35,000 sf. gymnasium, 12,000 sf. media center and renovations to the existing 5,150 sf. media center to convert to classrooms. The additions will be load bearing CMU walls with a concrete slab on grade. The roof will be sloped steel bar joists with a metal roof deck. The lateral system will be reinforced masonry shear walls.
