Wilmington, NC
New Hanover County School Board approved this 18,500 sf. addition to the 50 year old Wilmington, NC elementary school. The addition provided new classrooms, kitchen, cafeteria, and storage. The existing 50 year old structure was retrofitted to house mechanical equipment in the attic. The addition, completed in 2008, is one story steel frame with masonry infill walls.
