Building Materials: Foundations are auger cast piles with a concrete slab on the first floor. Levels 2 and 3 are composite steel beams with concrete slab on metal deck. 1-story deep vierendeel trusses span over ballrooms and support 6 stories of hotel rooms and the roof top restaurant/bar. Levels 4 to roof are load bearing metal studs with Eco-span composite floor joists and concrete slabs on metal decking.
Size: 8-story, 160,000 sf. hotel. Pool and lobby on ground level. Restaurant and conference rooms at 2nd floor with terrace and a restaurant/bar on the roof top.

Hotel was completed in 2015.
