Woods Engineering, PA is sub-consultant to the international firm of Kling Consult on this 38-story tower to be located in Dubai, UAE. The planned construction will be home to the new Banking Headquarters for the Islamic Bank of Dubai. The structure will be approximately 580,000 sf. of office space, with parking on five underground floors. Ground level entry is into a seven story atrium. The star shaped plan has eight segments, each at a different height, stepped every five stories. Each of the seven additional steps is topped by an atrium ranging 3 to 5 stories in height.
