Building Materials: Apartment building is wood framed with a concrete slab on grade. Bearing and exterior walls are 2×6 framing, floors are open web 2x trusses and the roof is pre-engineered roof trusses. Some steel framing was needed in the two story clear spaces at the clubhouse and amenity areas. The parking deck is a precast concrete structure.
Size:A 4 and 5-story complex with 280 apartment units, clubhouse and amenities built into the structure. Also includes a 2-story parking deck with 302 parking spaces.
