Building Materials: The canopy and vestibule structures will be steel framed with a metal roof deck on shallow spread footings. The new bookstore will be steel framed with glass infill and will require a new interface between the existing and new structures.
Size: The project includes a new vestibule and canopy at building #100 and two new vestibules and canopies at building #200 which will require new interfaces between the existing and new structures. The project will also include a new 1,700 sf. Bookstore located at Building #300 which will require demolition of the existing structure.
