Building Materials: Parking structure is pre-cast concrete designed by others. We designed the foundations, slabs on grade, retaining walls and entrance canopies. The project also included a 190′ long pedestrian bridge that spans over 17th street. The bridge is large steel box girder with a concrete slab as a composite floor deck. The bridge supports are reinforced concrete.
Size: 5 story parking deck with 720 parking spaces and a 12′-190′ long span connecting pedestrian bridge with 2-story sky-way Tower on the opposite side of street.

Building was completed in 2018.
